This website is intended for viewing real estate properties and for use of the admin panel by authorized users. You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. No registration is required to browse public properties. Admin panel access is restricted exclusively to pre-registered users.
Admin Panel Access
The admin panel is a restricted area available only to authorized users who have been pre-registered in our system. Access requires authentication via username and password or via Google OAuth. It is strictly prohibited to attempt to access the admin panel without authorization. Authorized users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Authentication and Security
We offer two authentication methods: (1) Traditional username and password authentication, and (2) Google OAuth authentication. When using Google OAuth, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access of any user who violates these terms.
Google Services
By using Google OAuth authentication or Google Calendar integration, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Google Calendar integration allows synchronization of personal events. You can disconnect your calendar at any time from the admin panel.
